Our Nationally Recognised courses are aimed at those people who carry out the function of a law enforcement officer, or those people who would like to work within the Regulatory Services field in the future. Our courses are delivered by distance education and face to face classrooom instruction. When applying for enrolment be sure to request   Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer, as a Registered Training Organisation TMLE offers these in line with AQTF guidelines.
High School leavers who have not attained the required marks to gain admission to the police service academy training may be interested to know our Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) would normally be accepted as an approved qualification once completed. (Information from careers information brochure NSW police 2006)
So who is a law enforcement officer? Almost all government agencies have 'enforcement officers' and 'investigators', and private companies employ their own investigators.  Our courses are designed and structured to enhance your knowledge of the laws and your 'authority' to take action and investigate offences. • Noxious weeds inspectors
  • Council Compliance officers
  • Parking Patrol Officers
  • Loss Prevention Officers of major supermarkets and retail stores
