Bullying in the Workplace Course

This 4 hour session identifies underlying issues in the workplace which may be termed ‘bullying’. Our experts will discuss the effects of bullying, signs to identify bullying, outcomes for the organization and suggestions to help rid the workplace of bullying.

We also help to prepare a ‘bullying induction package’ for the new employee Who is it for? All employees regardless of position in the organization.
