Conflict Skills / Conflict Resolution Course

This can be split into 2 days if required. Session 1 explains that confrontation is not always encountered on the street. We explain through class involvement that conflict and communication breakdowns can occur anywhere.

Our expert teachers can show how to recognise conflict in the workplace, how to use communications skills to their advantage and resolve the problem.

Session 2 is negotiation skills, where a third person acts as the mediator. We explain how to listen, find the underlying issues and resolve problems. This is suitable for senior management and HR managers.
