This course is designed for people working full time or as a volunteer in the role of Surf Lifesaving or Life Guard.

There are no formal assessments for this program, however learned knowledge is tested by;

• 1. Field exercises, which are typical workplace scenarios
• 2. Workbook activities reflecting workplace situations
• 3. Classroom interaction and participation

• Practical scenarios
• Debrief and question time
