Manager Training Development & Delivery

We are a small but well established RTO, operating in specific targeted sectors. We have grown to dominate these sectors, we believe because of the quality of our training design and delivery and our ethical approach to our customers and their businesses.

You will assume this new role in our RTO and will be responsible, to the CEO, for two broad areas:

• Managing our team of employee and contract trainers, ensuring the quality delivery of course offerings. You will be the key link between the customer’s need for training and the delivery of specialist training to fulfil that need; and
• Ensuring that our existing Courses, and any new Courses we develop, comply and remain compliant with Government RTO Compliance requirements. You will be the link between government reporting agencies and how we structure training.

You must have a Cert IV in TAA (minimum – preferably TAE10) and have a successful track record delivering training in a range of fields to various audiences for at least 5 years. You must also be an experienced manager, successfully managing employee and contract trainers who deliver courses. You must be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Identifying  trends or needs within private organisations and Government which can develop into new business ventures,
• Compiling and submitting proposals to Local, State and Federal Governments;
• Ensuring documentation received and produced within the organisation meets all standards required by ASQA
• Ensuring all training delivered meets the requirements of ASQA
• Preparing training forecasts and financial training plans for the organisation
• Forming cohesive working relations with organisations and industry associations to develop business opportunities
• Completing Training Plans ready for submission to access government funding
• Identifying  trends or needs within private organisations and Government which can develop into new business ventures

This is a rare opportunity to grow and develop in the commercial sector with a “blue-chip” RTO. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
